LN-FNAC reports concerning C19-LAP specimens were collected. Our pooled analysis comprised 14 reports and an additional unpublished instance of C19-LAP diagnosed through LN-FNAC procedures at our institution. These results were then contrasted with the respective histopathological reports. In this review, 26 cases were present, with a mean age of 505 years. Following fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) evaluation, twenty-one lymph nodes were found to be benign. Three lymph nodes were initially diagnosed as atypical lymphoid hyperplasia, which were later proven to be benign, one through a second FNAC and two with further tissue examination. In a patient with melanoma, a case of mediastinal lymphadenopathy presented with reactive granulomatous inflammation, contrasted by an unforeseen instance that proved to be a melanoma metastasis. Subsequent follow-up or excisional biopsies corroborated all cytological diagnoses. Interviews were conducted with 12 parents of autistic children (aged 8-14), who attend mainstream schools, to explore the effects of subtle language and communication challenges on their children. Rich accounts, having been derived, were then analyzed thematically. Eight of the children, previously interviewed separately in a concurrent investigation, were in the subsequent discussion. Parents documented significant, but varied, difficulties in higher-level language skills and communication, which uniformly affected key areas such as children's social relationships, independent functioning, and academic achievement.
