However, the sensitivity, mixture, and reproducibility DNA samples were prepared by a single site and distributed. DNA was purified by organic extraction for all studies except case-type samples, which were extracted using EZ1® reagents and instrumentation Avelestat (AZD9668) (Qiagen) in addition to organic extraction.
